Feeding the Soul

When we think of nourishment we think mainly of what we eat. Nourishment is far deeper and greater, as it is, all the things that we consume. It is the words we use, the programmes we watch, the music we listen to, the people we surround ourselves with, how we communicate, our behaviour, our attitude, our values, far more when we stop to think. All these are a form of nourishment, which continues to feed our souls in either a negative or positive light.
What is the purpose of life, if you continue ingesting those very things that causes you distress, to remain unhappy, to hate, lack of energy, or your ill-health?
Scientists have proven time and time again, that if we continue feeding the soil that produces our food with damaging fertilisers, it is only matter of time before the effects are evident. The results being evident in more ways than one. In our food, in our bodies, in our environment etc. This is precisely the same thing that is likely to occur, when you continue consuming those very things that demotes rather than promote your spiritual growth.
Nourishment not only supplies us with what is necessary for us to live in good health, it is vital for our spiritual growth, for us to cherish, for us to strengthen, a help in crises, to project change of attitude, keeps us alive, for our family, for our community. There is a far deeper and greater understanding.
When we continue to nourish our souls, we are being given the support in keeping upright, in preventing us from falling so hard in time of crises. An undernourished body prolongs the natural healing process.
We should spend more time thinking about those very things we consume, which are noticeably harmful, to you, our families, our communities, our environment, and life. It is only a matter of time before the results are inescapably visible.
In supporting you own plant life, ensure that your soil is nourished, with nutrients that enables your growth.
